uniFLOW: Using Scan to OneDrive

If set up, you can use Scan to OneDrive to scan documents directly to your work OneDrive account. When you first come to use this feature, you will need to go through the OneDrive set up process as shown in steps one to four.

 

Step One - Login to the printer using your card or PIN as normal, and click on 'Scan'.

Step Two - Click on 'Scan to OneDrive'

Step Three - The printer will then check if your connection is already set up and check that it can reach all of the online services. Please wait while this step completes, it should only take a few seconds.

Step Four - If you have not set up 'Scan to OneDrive' previously, you will see the below message on screen asking you to connect your account. You will then get an email with a link to follow to connect OneDrive. Please follow the link given in the email and sign into your work OneDrive account to complete the connection.

Step Five - Now that you have connected your OneDrive to your uniFLOW account - you will see a success message. You can now go back to the printer and go back into the 'Scan to OneDrive' process.

 

After completing your scan, you will find the PDF scanned document in the following location:

OneDrive > Documents > Scans
